Villa
Verona is a Private Residence Club within Piazza San
Lorenzo, a high-lifestyle residential and commercial
real estate development located on San Antonio Riverwalk
and Houston Street. The Private Residence Club will be
housed in a to-be-constructed 11 story, 50-residence
condominium tower. Owners will have access to their fully-furnished
luxury home through a separate reception lobby and elevators.
Occupancy is planned for Spring 2008.
 The
Villa Verona Private Residence Club at Piazza San Lorenzo
will offer equity-based luxury home ownership at a
fraction of the cost and a unique use plan without
the burdens of home ownership. Owners can use their
residence in pre-reserved segments of 3, 4, 7 or 14
nights, and as little as one night at at time on a
space available basis. Purchasers will receive a real
estate deed to an undivided, deeded 1/10 share interest
in a residence that can be sold or transferred just
like other forms of real estate.
The two, three and four-bedroom residences
will include access to all of the superior services
and amenities associated with a luxury boutique hotel.
Ownership at Villa Verona will also include membership
in the world's leading exchange club for luxury resort
property owners; The Registry
Collection.
